I am looking at buying a set of climbing spurs.. right now I am using a borrowed set of buckinghams that have been fine, but the aluminum climb rights are a good bit lighter, and lighter is better IMO.. anyone use them?? opinions would be welcome.. thanks...

never had those specifically. i've used aluminums before tho, thay arent bad. get a decent pad, thats where most of the comfort differences are. i have the aluminum ones, but any pad that cups your leg is probably good, eliminates the pressure point on the insides of your legs
