Does anyone have one of these units?

I am currently going through the design phase of my house and and wondering about any possible draw backs with a unit like this.

I am planning on using it as my primary heat and also using a natural gas furnace as a back up and blower.

I have though about using a OWB but I found out I would need a zoning variance to do so.

Thanks

I am also looking for any first hand experience with the Greenwood Furnace. I just saw one at a local fair and it has peaked my interest.
I was all set to get a Hardy or Aqua-therm ODWB to heat my shop and house.

I will need one of the bigger ones since I plan to heat around 6,000-7,000 sq ft.

the greenwood interested me because of the efficiency. "They" claim 60% less wood used (but I read on here that a "gasifier" type would use 1/3 of the wood)

Any input?

Thanks in advance.
