Help me identify this tree

The Mrs and I want 2 more of these trees but no one can tell us what it is. It is approx 25 feet tall, has small flowers in the spring but doesnt drop nuts or seeds that we can tell. Tree is in Northern Florida (zone 9a). Please help!

Need better pictures of the leaves. Describe the flowers and seeds. Possible amur corktree however that's just a guess need more info.

Flowers are all over but small. I believe they are white but i may be mistaken. We have never seen fruit, berries or nuts on the ground around the base of the tree

Good leaf pictures, not a amur corktree, leaflets are not opposite.
Have you seen any catkins on your tree like this?

Turns out its a goldenrain tree (Koelreuteria elegans subsp. formosana)
