Incredible work life opportunity! Windfirm tree services is hiring. Openings with this company do not come along very often. We are based in Squamish B.C. and work primarily in Whistler but service the entire sea to sky corridor. We are looking for a lead climber who will move into a foreman role as soon as they are ready.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced climber, who is proficient at large removals, has a positive go getter attitude, and who works in a safe and efficient manner. You must also have an entrepreneurial drive to deliver outstanding service to clients both big and small, and have a minimum of five years climbing experience. ISA certification, WCB Falling certification, Danger tree assessment certification, and first aid certification are not mandatory but are considered an asset.
This is a difficult job, and we expect a lot from our employees.
