Ht 131

Currently having idling problems with my ht131. Sometimes the revs stay high like throttle cable is stuck. Flick the throttle and then it idles fine. Cable doesn't seam to be sticking in handle or on carb. Wondering where would I check next? Tia

Cable might be too tight, make sure it has a small amount of slack in it. This is adjusted where the cable goes over a half round guide-holder, on the power head there is a screw you turn for adjustment.
