ISA study book for local license

I'm looking for additional study material to help me get my CT license and was thinking of getting ISA study manual. I would assume it would be a good thing to help me. It may be a stupid question but I'm looking for input before I shell out the $100 for it. Any other help/hints to what some of you did to to make sure you knew the material. I will be starting to get up at 4 am to study/read material for class before my kids get up. T-minus two months and counting before class ends and I take the test. My goal is to have the license before busy season starts. I have set this goal and I'm GOING to achieve it no matter what it takes.

I found the "Building Blocks of Arboriculture" to be helpful. If anything, I think the best management practice books were more helpful than the actual study guide.
