Want to Buy Jonsered 2166 issues

Hi all, I recently bought a used 2166. It ran perfect when I bought it, I got it home and filled it with gas and oil.....50:1.......and pulled and pulled and pulled with no results. I.put a new kill switch on it, new plug and air filter and a new fuel filter. It won't even fire off on starting fluid? Any ideas?

Good morning sir.
As with other combustion engines you must have; compression, spark, air, fuel.
Does it actually have spark, did you miss the pop and flood it?
Where in MI are you.

Pull the muffler often a scored piston will feel like compression.
Don't use starting fluid it has no lubrication and can cause piston damage.
Pull the plug and check for spark.
