Looking for rope/winch felling training in MN

I'm just wondering if anyone here has any ideas where I might be able to find a training in Minnesota on rope/winch assisted felling. Actually, if there is a source to find out where any chainsaw-related training is occuring in Minnesota, I'd be interested in finding out about it. Thanks.

First, check with the Minnesota Arborists Association - it sould have info on training classes and conferences taking place in MN. You can also check with the SD Arborists Association for training taking place here. Call Aaron Kiesz, the president of the Association at 605-626-7073 or Dr John Ball, Extention Forester with SDSU at 605-688-4737. Both of these gentlemen are great resources for midwest arborists - especially Dr Ball who speaks and provides training all over the world.
