I have a tillotson HL-103c off of a McCulloch 440 and and HL-63E from a super 250 that both have me proper whipped. They both p&$$ fuel all over the place as soon as the fuel line is hooked up, and they both have effectively zero pop-off pressure. I have replaced both needles and seats and farted around with changing the lever heights and diaphragms, but it makes no difference. What in the world am I doing wrong here? I’ve never had any trouble like this out of a tillotson...
