Depends who's porting it and what your expectations are.
The 395 is one hell of a saw, especially ported, but can be overkill for the majority of our requirements. ( I do have two BTW!)
The 390, equals agility, lightness, smoothness and in the hands of the right porter they are more than what most of us really need!
