I've cut about 5 cords with my new ms361 and it really is impressive.
I clean my saw after every session. I have been flipping the bar over every time. Is this good or bad?
Thanks

It isnt bad but i dont think you have to flip your bar over after each session. I would say flip as fishhuntcutwood just stated.

I flip mine every few tanks of gas, but never in one day it seems. You'll wish you had if you don't. Eventually. Doesn't really matter exactly what schedule you use for flipping. Flipping is a great time to clear out any junk that's accumulated in the groove, plus have a look at the rim/sprocket and clean out around that, check the oil port, etc. I get lazy about that sort of thing if I don't have the bar off anyway, so I do it religiously now.
