Andy, Just read that old thread on the 361 muffler mod. Came out great and very professional looking with the screen. Those part numbers you listed for the materials, are those Stihl numbers? Also were you able too source the pipe 14 and 16mm? If so, where could one find some? I was thinking plumbing supply? They carry boiler tube and the like. It's seamless steel tube?

Those are stihl part numbers.


I make so few it wasn't worth my time looking for the "right" pipe. I just make own pipe on the lathe, and now leave the bottom thicker (OD) for easier brazing, and thin down the top for the screen and clip.
