Have a 1045c skyworker bucket truck, replaced bucket leveling cables and can't seem to get it leveled right. Is there a certain way or technique to do this, such as being folded on truck or fully extended? Cables are tight when boom is folded on truck and then loosen when lower boom gets raised--is this normal? I can't find any spring tensioners to take up cable slack. Any thoughts or ideas appreciated, better yet tell me how to go about the leveling procedure.
