You know that feeling when you are working away and things are going well, but then you start to tire and you think to yourself that you should stop for the night?

Ya, I ignored that last night on my first port job, using my 6 month old MS460. While putting on a bevel to the exhaust port I nicked the cylinder wall. It almost at the base of the cylinder. I cannot feel it with my finger or my fingernail. I'm looking for input as to whether or not this is a problem.

Not really going to cause any problems right there. Go ahead and run it

wow!
only one thing to do to try and save that one.

coat it with mayonaise and rub it in while you recite the lyrics to magic carpet ride for at least two hours.

clean it up and it should be fine after that.

It's happened to everybody that puts a grinder in their hand. If it hasn't yet it will. Agree it won't be a problem.
