Scored a Crapsman TopHandle.

Got this Craftsman 2.0 at an auction for $5.00. It needed a new recoil rope and handle. Has an Oregon bar and chain on it. Oiler doesn't seem to be functioning at all. Both check valves are working properly. I cleaned the filter as well. Any other things to check to fix my problem?

Most of the oil pump parts are NLA but you might stumble on some.
I had a similar deal with a Homelite XL - everything worked great except oil pump diaphragm was trashed.
