sick pinon pine trees

Hello.I have large pinon trees in central New Mexico.They ooze large amounts of sap and have been treated systemically and sprayed..They have boeres and will be cut down soon as I have strugled for three years to little or no avail.Local help is limited and expensive.Would prefer to save them.But will take advice on a good replacement evergreen that goes same height.Am at mile high altitude but these trees mustbelong higher yet.Any help would be welcome.THAX Gio
