I’ve got a Sachs dolmar 143 project saw for sale. I bought this saw a few years ago with intention of getting it running. The coworker I bought it from said it ran but I found it to be really hard to crank over so I gave up thinking the crank bearings were shot. I pulled it out the other day to get cleaned to sell it and pulled the jug off for inspection so i could price it accordingly if the bearing were actually bad. Turns out they are fine, along with the crank and cylinder. I guess I wasn’t used to pulling over a 95cc saw without a compression release. I’m going to sell this saw as a project saw when all it may actually need is a carb kit and fuel line. I figured I would sell the saw with the cylinder not installed so the new owner can lay eyes on the crank and bearings instead of taking my word for it since it’s already off. I’ve got a lot of other projects going now so I figured I would sell it as is for less. If it doesn’t sell then I’ll get it running and the price will increase. Has a 24” bar and I may have a chain for it. $300 shipped CONUS, no trades, PayPal accepted. Send PM for more info or pics.
