Alright just how good is Thermopex? I am tired of trying different ways of running lines into the house. I tried wrapping pex with dense insulation and then wrapping it again with sill seal and putting it in a six inch tile. we got all this rain and water started coming out of the solid six inch tile. I thought it was solid without holes.

I wish I would have used it when I installed my boiler 6 years ago. I thought I would save some $$ but in the end it took me longer and I wasn’t able to do ½ the job of the “professional “pipe. I used ridged 2” insulation sandwiched together with a 2” divider between hot and cold. I nailed it together along with construction adhesive. Then wrapped it in plastic.

Best advice (I know people will argue with this) but bury it deep!! Mine is 7’ down, here in Minnesota we can get frost 60” deep. You only mess your yard up once, my heat loss is minimal.
