Wanted: Parts for Stihl 044

I need a couple of parts to complete my project saw. Please let me know if you have any of the following parts and would be willing to sell them. Here's what I need:

1. Pull starter...the whole assembly, my saw just has the bare flywheel now
2. Clutch cover
3. Handle cover for the gas tank...I need the black trim piece that covers the back of the handle
4. The sleeve that goes inside the intake
5. Plastic for the Cylinder cover, the intake plate and the air filter cover
