It gets down in the 20's F, that too cold for me now days. Have rode atv's and have ice covering us from being stupid and riding through creeks. Sorry if I made you spit your coffee, that's the worst thing to do. At least it didn't go out your nose.
Mine was missing the plastic locators, reason for the vacuum caps. Mr. Todd made me a brass knob for the cover nut which I'm proud of. I didn't care for a washer and nut, nut look cheap.
I like that fix. I've been trying to figure out the 3400 pulley fix besides upgrading to a 4000 flywheel. Bound to be a husqvarna pulley that would work.
Well a friend of mine, Tony Eddie Stankard, came up with a fix for the NLA 3700 and 4000 starter pulley, seems to work well.https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=43TqM5K__eg&feature=share
I've got all the manuals, but the pump diaphragm has always came up as NLA. 530024345 is what I have been using to look for it. Thought you may have a different part number than what I have.
Reason I haven't been on lately is because my TapaTalk app isn't working with arboristsite any more for some reason, So now I have to pull it up on my browser.
