I cannot understand why people love loop handle trimmer/brushcutters.

I don't know that's why you spray it again when you see any green.

I cannot understand why people love loop handle trimmer/brushcutters.

I've got an Airecut blade and a guard is a must since it throws debris like crazy. I've also tried the articulating hedge trimmers but it's a bit unwieldy for me with just a loop handle.

I've got the same problem and I love running and trimmer just as much as anyone but I sprayed the whole damn thing with Roundup last summer and it was so much easier than trying to cut it.

    I'd like to see that.

I believe this is an old Pepsi sign.

    I tested the BR600, PB770, EB802 and 580BTS and purchased...

Since I didn't know the carb was adjustable I obviously haven't messed with it, but I checked it with a tach and it was running 7050 to 7100 RPM at max. Maybe that's not too lean. I've already burned 4 gallons of fuel through it so far.

The Husky 580BTS. There was no comparison to the fit and comfort on my back. The Husky flat out fits me like a glove and was most powerful as well. All the other blowers didn't feel nearly as comfortable to me. I've put 4 gallons of fuel through it now and it hasn't skipped a beat yet. It will...

2 cycle oil composition ingredient information from MSDS

While looking at some MSDS composition information on ingredients, I took some screen shots of these MSDS. Omni Specialty blends/bottles the 2 Stihl oils. Spectrum Corp blends/bottles all the rest. To my untrained eye it appears that the Spectrum oils except for Bailey's Syn and Red Armor are...

    Synthetic oil brand

Some folks won't touch this with a 10 foot pole. I won't say it's superior to Stihl ultra but the WP Syn is ester based and it's much cheaper than the Stihl and it smells much better to me as well. I usually get my WP oil from Amazon since Bailey's usually has $1.99 shipping when sold through...

    Husqvarna Intensive Cut round files.

On Bailey's website they say the Intensive Cut files are single cut. https://www.baileysonline.com/Chainsaw-Chain/Files-Filing-Accessories/Round-Chainsaw-Files/Husqvarna-Round-Files/Husqvarna-3-16-4-8mm-Single-Cut-Round-Files---12-Pack-588246102.axd

    Husqvarna Intensive Cut round files.

I took as good of a macro shot of these intensive cut files as I could. It appears to be a single cut file since it is way more aggressive on the push stroke than the pull stroke, although I don't file on the pull stroke. I believe these are a Pferd made file since it's German made. I believe...

    Husqvarna Intensive Cut round files.

Between the Stihl and Pferd I prefer the Stihl since it seems a bit more aggressive. I believe the Husky files are made by Pferd but these Intensive cut ones seem more aggressive than the Stihl.

    Husqvarna Intensive Cut round files.

I had a chance to use the Intensive cut 3/16" Husky files this week and I must say I'm impressed. They are an aggressive cut file but leave a smooth burr free tooth upon sharpening completion. I've used most all brands except Save Edge brand, and these Intensive cut files are the best so far. I...

    Chain file selection, sharpening advise

For my 3/8 lo profile chains I use Husqvarna Swedish roller file guide. It comes with 5/32" files and allows each tooth to attain a great edge. http://www.baileysonline.com/shop.axd/ProductDetails?edp_no=161161
