so would that be clock wise or counter clock wise the direction I am looking to get the saw to respond faster.

My saw is a little slow picking up speed when I squeeze the trigger. Like there is delay but it then picks up and revs up. Is that a L adjustment or and H adjustment? To get it to not have that delay.
