What's your final dimension on the turned down rim sprocket? That looks like the ticket for my setup.

I used Mtngun's 1'426" diameter measurement from this thread.

It was not an 8 pin but a a 7 pim 404

Very clever Bob, much easier than finding OEM lo pro sprockets to fit the bigger saws clutch drum spline size. l have a few spare 8pin .404 sprockets which l am sure would work too.

The one on the right is a 7-pin 3/8 picco rim
