.325 narrow kerf chain?

Well I picked up the 18'' HU30 at the local farm store today for 17.99 and a arnold brand 18'' .325 at the same store for 7.99. I know the arnold brand is a very cheap brand but for the price I'll give it a shot.

.325 Oregon LP/LPX is what I prefere. I run 21LP/LPX on standard bars, but 20LPX will work on the NK bar, since it is .050.

I saw this old post, and have to elaborate a bit on this; 20LPX (or any regular .325 chain in .050) does work on NK bars on many saws, but not on all. When it doesn't it isn't a flaw, as the bar and chain isn't meant to be used together. It also can be made to work by putting thin shims around the bar bolts, next to the bar.

As an exemple, it works on all models related to the 346xp, but often not on the 550xp/545.
