Anyone bringing something that will give my muffler modded Husky 359 a run for its money?I raced a WildThing last weekend and left it in my chips:jawdrop:Seriously is there going to be anyother 359's there?

jonseredsjonny has a 2156 that should give it a run for it's money and I know of some 361s that are coming. And there should be a 20or2163 there too.

Wish I still had the Super 251 Olympik, that'd give ya a run for your money. I'll call my cousin and see if he still has it. I sold it to him for a "big" saw when I bought the 290.

Me and the file are getting all touchy feely with the 271, I want it to be as sharp as possible when I see if I can take the legendary 361 down with it.

I can't imagine we are having a GTG without a 346 Husky - all the press that thing gets on here, I just gotta run one....Any Husky dealers willing to take a 170 Stihl on trade?

Anyone wanna do an on-site muff mod on a 290 Stihl? I have an idea....

I would like to try a NE 346XP in some wood.I was going to get one but I got the 359 instead.I thought the 346 would not cut as fast in the bigger oak and I want to get my wood cut as fast as I can so I will have time for other things

I hope to have a Pro Mac 850 up and running by then if I can get a piston & cylinder soon enough I'll bring that along. If not, I have a couple of sweet running Pro Mac 610s that should be able to hold their own. I'll bring my 346XP too but it's kind of tired so don't expect it to be wondersaw.

I've been reading this post for a while and have confirmed the date on the calendar and am planning to come.

I am very much looking forward to:
-gaining confidence tuning saws with some specific questions
-running some minor muffler modified saws
-seeing a bolt on lumber mill in action
-meeting/visiting with members

I am fired up!

I didnt read all the way but is march 14 the carved in stone date i will probally be out of town that weekend but if it changed I for sure will be there sounds great

I have a couple local dealers that may bring a demo saw or two.


I know some are planning on bringing friends and that is good too.

A sense of humor is more important than a hopped up saw in my book. Our Dolmar dealer loaned grandpatractor a 7300 for the GTG and it didn't make it back. SOLD-to jonseredsjonny!:hmm3grin2orange:

Not sure if Boyd will make it or not. Chris from Burnett Dairy should be there.
Jeff's is welcome if you want to talk to him. Make sure you tell him Boyd brought Uncle Donuts last time.
