I'm putting a few pennies away for an Ms 460 . I want to get one before they're EPA'd into history . I've got an Ms 044 ,Xp372 ,and an older model 346 . I just do firewood for Myself ,so It can't be CAD as you can plainly see that I don't have enough saws to have contracted that affliction .

There's a powerhead only 357 on CL near me that looks brand new. Guy has a kung-fu death grip on the price but it looks perfect.

I've been getting pricing around $640 with an 18", .58, 3/8 bar from a couple of dealers . . .

However another 262XP to flog would be nice, as would any decent big bore to play with.

I really WANT another 262, but it seems they are all either thrashed beyond saving or priced to be less than attractive.

I ain't holding my breath on the 262 replacement, but hope to be delightfully surprised.

Then you probably want a ported 372. The weight difference 385/390 is negligable.

Myself? A 390XP for firewood would be nice

I'm trying hard to avoid buying another saw this year but if I do it will be a new 660 or 460. I dont need either seings as I have my 066 and 046 but maybe I can justify it with the 2010 bit again like I did the 880

I was always interested to see what you had in mind for your next saw. You have some really nice saws in your collection so it is always a surprise to see what you are hunting down next. It is interesting that you mention the big old Homelite saws as well...

Will have to see what you come up with next - probably another Sachs Dolmar 166!
