I'm not going to "kick" a sponsor of AS too hard on here, but my experience with my first order from them has been almost funny. I couldn't have played a better joke on myself than trying to order something from them. :buttkick:

I would rather not, but I have been trying to get them to ship a 32.00 item drop-shipped from CA to WA for 2 months. It's a VERY common item. I have been promising a former saw-buyer this item for over 2 months, and now I look like a liar, because Bailey's keeps dropping the ball. It should have been a very simple order.
what do you need?
 
I am addicted Baileys online catalog! I spend my fair share!
I have found that they are easy to work with and have been more the friendly!!!!!!!!!

I haven't order anything obscure from them. Every order has shown up pretty fast. I presume you called them. If its that big an issue cancel the order and get it local.

Come on man, If you're gonna make sniveling noises, post the details!

Otherwise it's just not fair to the gang at Bailys who are decent enough to foot the bill around here.

Have they offered resolution?

Another one here who has always had top notch service from Baileys.

Why start a thread like this and not tell us what on earth you are complaining about?

You have to tell the whole story or none at all. Right now you are badmouthing and don't even give enough info for us to make a judgement if you are being reasonable, or if you are full of it. That isn't right.

I've got over $1,000 ordered at Bailey's in the last 2 months and I have to say never an issue. I've talked to people on the phone and Grande dog here and everything has been top notch. I just wish UPS shipped faster to NY for les money cause ground take FOREVER!

Whatever your issue is I'm sure taking it up with them would resolve it easily and as painless and possible! Are you sure your problem is not "User Error"? :computer2:

I have orderd a few items over the past couple of years (chains, tools etc)
I would say that 99% of the time I have been very satisfied with the service.

The staff has always been courteous and helpful. No matter how hard we try no one is perfect. We are all human and make mistakes. No matter if it was my mistake or theirs, whenever there was a problem every one was very professional in getting the situation resolved to my satisfaction. In business the customer may not always be right but he is always the customer.
