HERE'S A SUPER RUNNING OLD D-36 MC . SAW HAS A NEW , AIR FILTER , FUEL FILTER, CARB DIAPHRAM KIT, SPARK PLUG. SIDE BAR COVER , CHAIN ADJUSTER AND SPIKE WERE NEW A COUPLE YEARS AGO BUT HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY USE. 18" BAR IS IN GREAT SHAPE. OILERS WORK , THE SPROCKET IS LIKE NEW. NEW OREGON 51A .404 PITCH CHAIN HAS ABOUT 20 TEST CUTS I MADE WITH IT ON A 12" OAK . IT'S GOT A LOT OF TORQUE FOR AN OLD 80CC DINOSAUR. SAW STARTS & IDLE'S NICE , REV'S GOOD NO STUMBLING. Just picked up another pile-o-saws from a CL ad this morning for $100. I got:

1 Stihl 028 WB, new B & C, no apparent problems, though I have not run it yet
1 028 Super, some parts missing, all major stuff there, good P & C
1 028 WB, more parts missing than above, good P & C
1 028 taken apart, some parts missing, good P & C
1 026 Pro basket case (run over by bush hog) good P & C, crank, flywheel
1 032 incomplete, good P & C

All have coils except the 026 which has half a coil . At least 3 of 4 028's I can get running with little or no investment in parts.

If anyone needs on 026 P & C I've got one that's missing a few fins, but pretty where it counts

I'll need some brake bands and a couple of oil pumps for these 028's.

Chainsaws are not made like this anymore.No plastic, all metal , 20 inch bar with 2 extra chains, runs great but i just don`t have a use for it.
$ 100.00 cash is firm ,i won`t take less.

Saw that package deal. I was interested but I didn't feel like driving from Sarasota and couldn't catch a friend in Orlando at home. Make em cry for wood.

Got the first saw running tonight. It needed nothing but a little cleaning.
After a more careful inventory, it looks like I have all the major parts for 3 complete 028's and the fourth lacks only a couple of smaller items like a muffler and oil pump. Two nearly new Stihl bars and chains came in the deal, too. All these saws have rim sprocket setups.

Are you seriously interested in the saw? Please think about it. I will gladly run up Saturday and take a look but if you are just trolling around with no serious intent on buying it then you will be wasting my time. I do not know the seller but they are up the road about 70 miles. I have a ton of **** to do Saturday but if you are SERIOUSLY interested I will go take a look at it.
