I got the same shock this morning when I logged on?!?!? I'm all for change but this seems like two steps back? Where are my PM messages? The format sucks and now I have two 2" grey bars on each side of my screen? No doubt where all the advertising is going to go?

Don't like it so far but looks like we may have to get use to it.

This is a very bad move for AS! Hard to believe they changed to this??? Looks like a much cheaper, newbie kind of forum, like those other forums with NO Traffic. The old format is much better!!!

Well, it's obvious that no single layout will ever please everyone, or even the majority. Some forums have a feature where each user can choose the layout they prefer. I would suggest that. Of course, then people would be #####ing that they have to change the forum settings or that they can't figure it out.

I hate any kind of change.

But it must be like a big kick in the nuts to the admins to go to all the trouble and do all the work that it takes to change everthing and then have to read all of the complaints. So I'm gonna try to be patient and let them fine tune it and see how it turns out. Most forums that Ive been on that make changes usually ahve the same kind of complaints and then people find out later that they really like it better

I can handle the format alright... But the white background is rediculous. Bout' like staring into the sun. YAY!

My thoughts exactly, like looking into the sun. Have to resize my screen and cut back the brightness for just one website? I don't think so. :bang:

I can deal with stumbling around to find things for a while, but these old eyes aint getting any better and this new look is hard on them.

They need some darker lines seperating the posts as well, it just looks like a jumbled up mess.

If they wanted to go green on this site they could have at least got a good shade of green like Poulan green

Hopefully this isnt the finished product, and I'll give those in charge a break for now.
