LOL - I'm the wroooong person to be asking. I'm just some firewood schmuck that won a kung fu - kicken saw, not a good judge of comparing.

In my mind they are all lightsabers....:laugh:

That's a mile in a saw cylinder IMO! Was there any platting left in the top? Or were you counting on the rings being down on the piston?

It has .144" from the top of the piston to the top of the ring. Add .020" for the squish gap = .164". then take away .050" & I still got .114" from the top of the ring to the top of the cyl. Plenty of plating left for the ring to ride on.
