Swap out your breaker with a new one. They're $3-4 unless you got some silly off brand other than Square D. When you trip them, they lose a little holding strength, so now that you've done it several times a night for a while - pull that one and toss it.

Good point, run into that before. They are Square D - my dad was an electrician and would not let me buy/install
the cheap stuff ;-)

Wonder if I shouldn't just rewire the motor for 240V and then run off a 240V 20A circuit... It's just less handy to find a 240V outlet.
