I tried doing a search and didn't find anything,,, I am referring to my 346,,, it is a 2011 or 2012(if I remember right),, bought it brand new, run 1 tank through it and sent it to randy,,,it runs fantastic except for 1 thing,,, if I let it idle for lets say 10 seconds it will hesitate when I try to spool it up,,, I get no hestitation if I am doing some fast limbing,,,, high side is at 14000 and low side is about 3200,,,, low side is set rich enough that I have no hesitation when it is bone cold,,,i am running 90 octane none E in it with echo power blend at 45:1,,, the first few tanks I was running 93 ethonol octane but if It set for a while I would drain and run it dry,,, I may be wrong but I believe it has the walbro carb on it,,, I will be more then happy to pull the cover to find out for sure,,, any ideas from the experts,,,

Do you tune it when it's warmed up to operating temp?

It must be that dang Auto-Tune! (Couldn't resist :))

Still think the lo might be a tad lean. As it's idling, it's starving for fuel. 3200 it a bit high on the idle also. Try opening up the lo and letting the idle settle in at 2700-2800 and see if that helps.
Or this. :)

ii think you guys might be right,,, after about 5 seconds the rpms will drop about 300-400 or so,, I didn't tach it though,, but they do drop,, that's when it will hesitate,,,,, if it doesn't drop it won't hesitate,,,, I will lean it out today to where I get a bit of hesitation when it is stone cold,, set idle at 2700 and see what happens

He just has the idle adjusted too high.

Or an air leak...But doubt that.
I pretty much ruled out air leak,,, I can lean the low side out after warm up and get the rpms to drop to almost until it dies then richen it back up to a smooth idle

How about tiny cracks in the fuel lines?

Assuming not, this made the most sense to me:

...but I am not an expert....

ok,,, I leaned out the low side about 1/4 turn,,,,, idle is between 3000 and 3100,,, she likes it there,,,, high side is 13900,,,,, still no cold hesitation but the hesitation is cut by about 75% now when warmed up,,, I just bucked up a 30 foot elm log and kept checking everything and most of the hesitation is gone now,,, going to wait until it cools off completely and try again and see what happens
