Actually stopped at a pawn shop today (on my way by), but they were closed for the holiday. Was hoping maybe I'd find another 200. I honestly don't ever wanna have to run either a 540 or a 201. It's depressing enough getting older, let alone lose my 200's. Kinda like eating steak with plastic utensils. lol

Wait... I'm confused now, who's getting ripped in half, the climber or the saw? Regardless, I always thought those saw lanyard thingys were for beginners. Could never figure why any tree climber worth his salt would want such a thing?? If you can't hold onto your saw, you shouldn't be in the tree in the first place!!

I was reading the label in a shop and it said "Not for use on saws weighing more than 15lbs and user must not drop the saw" pretty pointless then

True, better a whole saw than half a saw. Have you every had a break-away lanyard actually break? Never seen it happen.
Had one pull half way through but it cut free at the last moment. That was on a 260 hanging off me, I was clearing small stuff with a hand saw and a limb caught it on its way down. Gave me a little jolt as well:)

Hey, mic, not even broken in yet. I'll give you a good deal on this little animal right here!! Just a little dirty from sliding around in the saw box. $450 seems reasonable. I mean you would go with another (and this is a good deal), right??:)
