hard to convince me otherwise with Stihl, but was the M-tronic system good when they discontinued the 241CM ?
I really like this Echo CS-352 for limbing.
The 241 is way more powerful.
I had a 352, could I ask how you manage with the fuel cap,
I usually spent more time trying to get it to seal after every fill
than it took to fill it and then some, I replaced the seal, never over tightened it,
and even put a coat of chain oil to ensure I did not stretch it as I screwed it up.
I got a few soakings from it, but the worst was when I parked it full of fuel for the next
day, I never trusted it would seal and always let it sit on a newspaper so I could see any
drip before putting it in the trailer in the morning, it sat for a day with no leak, next day I
went to get it and the paper was drenched, I sold it after that, which hurt, as I liked it a lot,
it was light, never tired after a day with it, and I could use it all day without a smidge of dust
on the filter or in the box even, which meant no fiddling out in the open and no time lost on the job.
I got a Makita EA4300, same weight and power as a 241, half the price and no Mtronic to deal with.
