buzzy? 🤔 tire or engine noise?

ur tan truck looks great all shined up! hard to believe backyard shade tree paint job! 👍
I say buzzy meaning engine noise no knocks or valve train but it’s like driving around in second gear . I’m sure the direct drive fan don’t help .

Mark, you ever see the old Chevys on Shoddy Hollow road on the way to Ottisville?

Go past the road to your sisters, make a right on Shoddy Hollow and they are on the right, just before the end of the road.
No I haven’t seen them . When I go to her house I go there and back not much driving around I’ll have to check them out

Neighbor when I was growing up called it "liquid courage" when he had one before he did something ill advised. Last I heard, he's still alive!
When I was on a crew building custom homes in FL, the guys called it their equilibrium, the 4 of them drank a case for lunch most days. No surprise it was normal that every month or so they were all pitching their cash together to bail one of them out of jail. Crazy FL natives, and one white guy :dizzy:.

Even in High Definition I cannot tell what kind of deer this is, but itis a deer!

Is it zigging? LOL.
The poor picture of a bald eagle I took today is about as bad :picture:.
It was a combination of low light and a bit far away(70-80yrds?) that made it so bad.

Took a drive over this covered bridge too. My daughter said I owed $5 for going over faster than a walk, I said so do you, it says "riding or driving" and you were riding .

Yesterday I saw an unusual bug on my driveway, but as I looked at it, I realized it may be a Spotted Lantern Fly, so when it flew onto my lawn, I killed it.

Good thing, it was a spotted lantern fly!

I still regret not killing an Emeral Ash bore the first time I saw one. I did not know what it was, and at the time had never heard of them!

Just because it is pretty does not mean it is good!

Got me some firewood crates, $10 each. Was used for water based paint in a factory that makes fire hose connections and various related fittings. I did some plumbing work on their equipment and ended up with a connection on acquiring these. They have some solids in the bottom, water based paint. I really only want the frames for crates. Gotta brainstorm some (legal) ways to get rid of the plastic. I don't think they are much good on their own without the cages.

Some guys cut the plastic and use it for a cover.

That is a great idea.

Couple questions for you (or anyone else that would like to chime in)

Do they ever blow off in high winds? I could see drilling a few holes and lashing them to the crate.
Mechanic Matt brought up a good point that maybe the splits could fall out with the inserts removed. Is this an issue with you?
