Uh? Is that a runny yolk? Oop, I guess I better not say anything .

It was flipped over and cooked a bit but still quite runny.

I am not a huge fan of runny whites on some sunny side up eggs from restaurants but runny yolks are where its at.

Oddly enough, he was up in my county today and I was in his skiing. He got the kids and me free passes and free rentals where he teaches so I always take advantage of that deal

Uncle Mustang, I did happen to run into this young snowboard instructor you may know….

His one grandson is also an instructor there

This morning I used my cast aluminum griddle to cook a breakfast sandwich. The third picture is my standard morning weekday breakfast plus a cheddarwurst. I love over easy or sunny side up eggs cooked in olive oil with a bit of Cajun seasoning on toast.

I don't remember if you ever showed a picture of your splitter, but it must be BIG to handle those monsters. And don't try and tell me you only use a Fiskars .

So when you lose something on the kitchen floor and the wife says " I'll find it when I sweep" apparently, " I'm gonna need it before next year" is NOT the correct response!!!!
Doc says I may have a permanent limp but other than that I should make a full recovery!

Then since I was already in the toilet pretty far, later this evening she and I were discussing where to eat. We went back and forth for a bit and then she turned and looked at me with a mildly frustrated look and says " would you make up my mind?"
My mouth got in front of my brain again and I said " you haven't been able to pull that off in 50 years, but you expect me to at the drop of a hat?"

My wife has Sicilian in her ... I choose my words carefully! She is also a bit touchy right now, recovering from the broken finger, but it is going well considering the circumstances.
