Just finished putting a new piston and rings in the saw, checked compression before I ran it and it checked 135 psi, would you consider this low or will it go up once the rings are seated? Also was checking the number on the carburetor and it shows for an 034 will this run the saw to lean?

did you check the Squish ?
what kind of P/C was it. OEM or other ?
is it a schrader valve compression tester and it is "known" to read correct?
what did the Cylinder look like prior to Piston swap.

Give it a run, let it cool off, and check it again. It's kind of pointless to check it before runnin. The rings are new and probably has extra assembly lube in it as well. Report back ofter you' done that.
