Want to Buy 046 Magnum Recoil Start Assembly

As the title suggests, I am in need of a recoil start assembly for my 1128 family saw. I'm trying to avoid buying the $18 w/ free shipping part from China. A used, working part would be great if it keeps the saw OEM.
