1250 feed problem

The left feed drum is riding too high and hitting the top plate above it. Also, how do I separate the feed drum from the motor mount?

It's likely you need a bearing. I'v have never taken one of these apart but I know the whole apparatus unbolts and lifts out. You'll figure it out from there.
