2094 starting trouble...

my 2094 is recentlty rebuildt
it idles fine and runs fine but to start it i have to either start it with choke or hold the throttle while pulling the starter witch makes it "clumsy" to start
any solutions to this or should it be like that ???
:)
 
going to try to richen the L needle when i find a screwdriver that fits:)

i had it yesterday but now its gone... again:dizzy:
