Okay its been awhile, thought I would report back. Still running the same 362 and so far it has given me no further issues. I was able to send it to Stihl and have them look it over to which they replied that everything was within specs and they could not replicate my problem. The final word that was given to me was to tighten the chain quite a bit and then the problem disappears. So after having the dealer show me how to tighten a chain porperly the problem is gone. Well except for the fact they like the chain really really tight, tighter than I prefer for sure. I personally think its to tight if you can hear the chain singing around the bar but maybe thats just me. Great saw overall, ripped up a lot of wood this past season. Ready for more.
