did you pull your welch plugs? they are probably leaking or your metering side of the carb isn't setup correctly. could also be a pin hole in pump side diaphragm but i doubt it having a new kit. somebody in the past could have cranked the needles and distorted/cracked the seat in the carb body as well but very rare that it happens. at least as far as any of the ones over my bench.

They had limiters on them.i didnt pull the welch plugs.hhmmm

I pressure tested it per manual.im getting bubbles out the main nozzle behind tue butter fly.

they are probably leaking or your metering side of the carb isn't setup correctly.

This sounds like the culprit. If it's pushing fuel through then your metering needle is being pushed open by the metering arm.

I installed a new carb.runs excellent. I gotta see what's going on with the other one.
