Anyone tried building a 4 stroke milling saw?

I know weight might be an issue however it could work...

Cheap to operate...Thoughts?

I've began to collect parts to build one. I have a 10hp briggs engine and plenty of steel. All I need is a few miscelaneous parts and time (haha... ha... ha...).

I don't think weight will be too big of an issue. The engine I have now is no heavier than my 084.

The main reason I want to go 4 stroke is milling is tough on chainsaws, especially when running 5 and 6 foot bars. I feel it will pay off in the long run.

Yep

Starting on one currently. I also have steel and motor...just need time to put it together.
