Anyone with a Stihl 441 have trouble with the bolts in the muffler getting loose. Was cutting wood last week and 441 started to die when I let off the throttle. Then looked down and there was a bolt on one peice of wood.Got to looking and it came out of the middle of the muffler switched saws took it home later to fix and both bolts had come out and the muffler gasket had slid down and was covering part of the exhaust port replaced and it works fine now.Just want to know if anyone else has had a similar problem. Thanks Kerry:chainsaw:

Have you taken the muffler off the saw? There are supposed to be keepers over the holes where the bolts go in the muffler. If you or the previous owner (if not bought new) have had the muffler off, the screws werent tightened properly.

Had mine off a few times and haven't had any loose bolts yet.

Actually, haven't had a loose bolt on the whole saw yet.

Knocks on wood.:givebeer:
