I would not ever buy anything amish ever ever again. We have a bunch around here and I can tell you they are the biggest friggen pigs there ever were. They move in like locusts and rape the land. They pay crazy amounts of money for nice farms raising property values in the area which in turn raises everyones property taxes. Once they are moved in they destroy all the buildings by gutting them and ripping out all the wiring so there is no electricity in them. They never clean up anything including the inside of the house where they are baking your "amish" made pies and such. There was a group that was doing roofing, and made off like bandits after a huge storm came through. We even fell for it and had them do the roof on our house. I am still finding nails in my yard, and little slivers of flashing tin all over the place that they would just trim off and let fall to the ground. One of my kids cut his foot really bad on one so now they cant even go out and play in the yard without shoes.
Now after about 10 years of raping the land ripping off all the neighbors, and raising everyones taxes they are clearing out and moving to PA. I say good riddance.
You ever hear of a magnet?
Mr. HE
Yup, and we even bought one of those job site clean up ones for $60 but when you are trying to get green screws, nails, and tin out of green grass it is really hard to get it all. It still doesnt change the fact that I shouldnt have to play clean up crew for the "Amish quality". All they would have had to do it put down tarps to catch all this stuff and just empty them.
Thank you,Hddnis!
