Anyone else fired up their woodstove yet?

Funny, I have a similar setup. Mine exists because eliminating the tank water heater left two 3/4" stubs and it was either cap them or solder on a threaded coupler. I chose the coupler to facilitate future expansion which happened a few months later when I installed a utility sink faucet. Sure is nice for washing the dogs, cars, or running a pressure washer at 180*

Using 1 1/4" pex fittings, couldn't find any adapters other than the ones I used.

Didn' realize it was 1 1/4. I just figured you had hot and cold piped to wherever that other set of radiant went to. Perspective is off when looking at it on the phone. Looks nice and neat.

Invest in a pair of ski goggles

They are designed for ATV riding, same idea though.

This is the latest I recall for building the first fire in the wood stove. The heat feels soooooooooo good!!!! Next on the list was to fill the woodbox!!!! I love winter!!!View attachment 612126

I have those same spruce trees. I have 5 or 6 of them setup on top of my pantry with a moose in the middle, like it was hanging out in the woods.
