Anyone ordered from Arbortec?

Ordered a 660 kit in 7/29. Sent an email to [email protected] to check on status (been processing since the 30th) and it got kicked back as undeliverable. Just wondering if anyone else has ordered from them and what your experience was.

call HLSupply in florida. Farmertec operates a dropship for HL in China. Huztl is the direct way to buy from farmertec.

but they should be able to track that order for you.

hl shipping might take 3-4 more days than huztl. it should say who the shipper was. expect <14 days. "aftership"" tracking, us post office, ups, fedex, and sf express are shippers that could be involved. once it jumps the ocean and it lands on the correct coast it goes into customs and depending on the shipper could be assigned to either ups or fedex. i sometimes call the sf express US customer service line to get the new tracking number when its passed off to the new shipper after clearing customs. post office carries its own ball...

I use both, either and neither. I've found that it's best to email Huztl when you have arbortec questions. Just mention that it's an arbotec order.

Got a surprisingly prompt response with tracking. It's loaded up in Shanghai and should soon be on it way to NY.

A lot of China's holdup is when it gets to customs in the US. It seems to sometimes take forever to get out of customs, but sometimes it gets through quickly. Don't know why some stuff gets fast tracked and some doesn't..
