BBF Chuck N Duck Need a Governor

I have an old Chipmore 16" drum chuck n duck with a Ford 390 V8. It has been fixed and broken, and passed down, and fixed and neglected. I went through it and got it running great, real smooth (fast and scary). It does not have a governor on it, and i am worried about putting larger material through it without one. I'm on a budget, and am not willing to put hundreds into buying a new one. Anyone have a governor that I can make work? Im confortable fabbing/welding to make something work.
