Are there any real preferences on who makes the chain?

Oregon vs Woodland Pro vs Windsor?

Getting ready to order 2 chains for the WildThang and one for the 028 from Baileys. Just wonderin if one really is better than the other.

Yes there is a diffrence! Not so much the oregon vs windsor but the woodsman currently is diffrent and better IMO!

from what i've been told baileys rc is carlton and xc is windsor drive w/ oregon cutters

Yes it is carlton and of all the chains I sell carlton is my most popular by far especially L series not sure what the woodsman version is but good stuff!

went with the Woodland Pro 30LP 62DL, figured I'd try something new and the price was right. I looked at a local store and they wanted 30 bucks for the Oregon chain and I have no clue if it was the safety chain or a chisel or semi chisel or and round house kung fu belly buster chain...sometimes the internet can be a blessing!

Lawson is north of Kc follow I-35 north from Kc to Liberty to Kearney go east on 92 to Excelsior Springs then north to Lawson then right to somewhere in the sticks!!
