My saw is using a lot of oil ,i fill up the tank ,and it keeps going empty ,New rings maybe ?

Add a thickener to the oil, such as Xanthan Gum, Thick Gel(canning starch), or even flour. It really helps with conserving oil. If this doesn't remedy the issue, consider putting the oil in the other tank....

Think a longer spark plug will burn hotter to get rid of some of the smoke ?
